Markham Plaza II, part of the larger community along the Monterey Corridor in San José, provides permanent affordable housing for formerly homeless individuals. Markham Plaza I and II support stability and well-being through thoughtful design and services as part of the Gateway Project.

The community offers a range of amenities for residents, including a computer room with scheduled classes, a library, TV rooms, a fitness center, a community room, on-site laundry facilities, and a three-story gated parking structure. Three on-site Resident Services Coordinators assist residents with a variety of social services.
