Miramar Gold is currently offering limited-time move-in incentives for qualified new residents. Available incentives include February rent-free, a $250 security deposit reduction, gift cards, entry into a rent-free month raffle (July or November), a complimentary microwave or air fryer, and a one-year gym membership.

Developed by West Hollywood Community Housing Corporation (WHCHC) and professionally managed by EAH Housing, Miramar Gold is a brand-new affordable apartment community in the vibrant Westlake North neighborhood of Los Angeles. This thoughtfully designed property offers 93 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes that are fully accessible or adaptable for residents with mobility impairments, including units with wheelchair-friendly layouts and sensory-accessible options. Forty-seven units are specifically reserved for individuals and families who’ve experienced homelessness, with fourteen of those units reserved for Transition Age Youth (TAY). Forty-six units are designated for extremely low and low-income households earning up to 60% of the area median income (AMI). There is no residential parking available at Miramar Gold.

Designed with resident comfort in mind, Miramar Gold features an array of amenities, including a community room with a kitchenette, fitness room, computer room, laundry room, a children’s indoor/outdoor recreation area, a rooftop patio with views of DTLA, and Hollywood, and offices with full-time staff. Each apartment includes air-conditioning, kitchen appliances with a dishwasher, and a private balcony.
