EAH Housing has broken ground on Distel Circle, the first 100% affordable housing community in Los Altos. When complete, it will provide 90 affordable apartment homes for individuals and families, including supportive housing to help address homelessness in the region.

The community will feature a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with shared spaces like a community room, outdoor courtyard, and on-site resident services, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents.

This milestone reflects years of collaboration and marks an important step toward expanding affordable housing in the Bay Area.
