Imperial Village will provide housing to low-income seniors, age 62 and older. All apartments will be built to meet accessible design standards.

Community amenities include a management office and reception area, exercise room, resource coordinator office, maintenance room, on-site laundry, outdoor recreational area, and indoor community space. The project will be built to meet GreenPoint rating or equivalent standards.
