EAH Housing has expanded its portfolio in Los Angeles County by acquiring Arbor Lofts and Sagebrush I & II in downtown Lancaster. This preserves 82 affordable homes for families earning 30% to 60% of the area median income.

Both communities offer spacious apartments with modern amenities within walking distance of Lancaster’s downtown area, including local shops, restaurants, and transit. Plans are underway to strengthen resident services and enhance energy efficiency, drawing on our long-standing property management expertise.
