Our Facilities team launched Maintenance University, a program that combines hands-on learning, practical training, and a focus on long-term skill development.

Participants trained with a new electrical learning unit and jumped into real-world practice inside a vacant apartment, working through maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and best-practice techniques.

Safety Manager Mariam Dsouza supported each session, reinforcing safe procedures and preparing team members to work confidently in the field.
