We’re excited to welcome Lexington Gardens, an affordable housing community in West Hollywood, which is a significant step forward in expanding access to affordable housing in Los Angeles County.
The five-story development will serve families and workforce households earning 30% to 60% of the area median income (AMI) and offer energy-efficient studio apartments, a community room, bike and vehicle parking, and more. Lexington Gardens reflects our enduring commitment to housing for all, thanks to strong partnerships with the City of West Hollywood, DE Architects, and Walton Construction.
“Projects such as this strengthen the fabric of our city,” said West Hollywood Mayor Chelsea Lee Byers. “We’re providing people not just a place to live, but an opportunity to thrive.”
