This community is located near the border of Hollywood and West Hollywood. It fits in well with surrounding density and scale while maximizing the number of possible units on the 11,260-sf site.
On-site supportive services and property staff will be on hand to support residents. Green building methods will be utilized during the development process. Common spaces include a community room, public open area, case management offices, community kitchen, onsite laundry facility, shared courtyard, roof deck, and bicycle parking.
