1900 Club Center is in the early stages of predevelopment, with an entitlement request already submitted.

Project Overview

1900 Club Center is 3.5 acres of infill land in the Natomas Park neighborhood of North Natomas in Sacramento. In partnership with the City of Sacramento, EAH Housing and LPAS plan to create a residential community of up to 140 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for families, seniors, and people with disabilities. Up to 25% of the apartments will be adaptive for accessibility and playgrounds will incorporate universal design to meet a variety of developmental needs for residents of all ages.

1900 Club Center is the ideal location for affordable family and senior rental apartments, with a fire station, bike route, daycares and public schools, parks, pharmacy, and markets within a short distance. The North Natomas Regional Park is a 5-minute bike or drive. Safe travel, particularly bike/pedestrian, in and around the site will be prioritized. Onsite surface parking is included for all residents.

1900 Club Center will include approximately 3,700 square feet of community space that can be reserved for small-scale classes, workshops, health fairs, and meetings for the residents and neighborhood. EAH and LPAS hope to solicit input from the current neighboring residents, community-based organizations, businesses, and schools to design the space for these types of uses.

	Jim is a retail salesperson. He makes $40,585 annually and lives by himself. That makes him qualified for the 45% AMI for a household of one.
	Amy is a EMT. She makes $66,850 annually and lives by herself. That makes her qualified for the 70% AMI for a household of one.
	Lionel is a park maintenance worker. He makes $58,850 annually and lives with a wife, son, and daughter. That makes them qualified for the 45% AMI for a household of four.
