Lake Avenue EAH HousingAgave is a 58-unit brand-new affordable housing development for Special Needs individuals located on the Lake Avenue commercial corridor, a main north-south corridor running through Altadena. The community will serve formerly unhoused individuals making 30% of the local Area Median Income. The development is a single, 4-Story building with approximately 18 parking spaces for residents and staff. The community features a central courtyard on the first floor and other common space areas that will contribute to stability, community building, and the well-being of individuals transitioning to life in a new home.

EAH Housing is partnering with Union Station Homeless Services for supportive housing services for the unique needs of the residents and funding requirements. They will identify prospective PSH. Residents in conformance with applicable federal regulations and will utilize the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and Coordinated Entry System (CES).
