West Terrace is a thoughtfully designed 64-home affordable community created to provide stability, comfort, and opportunity. The property features 56 supportive housing apartments for individuals and families who have experienced homelessness, offering a welcoming place to rebuild and thrive. These homes are supported by rental assistance through the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, helping ensure long-term affordability and peace of mind.

An additional seven apartments are available to individuals and families earning at or below 50% of the area median income, expanding access to quality housing for those who need it most. On-site management is also part of the community, providing responsive support and care.
