EAH Housing is proud to announce the grand reopening of Rodeo Gateway, a vibrant affordable housing community for seniors in Rodeo, California. The event marked a significant milestone in our continued investment in quality housing and supportive environments for older adults.
The $31 million rehabilitation project, led by TWM Architects and ICON National, included extensive upgrades to enhance accessibility, comfort, and community. Renovations encompassed fully modernized homes, ADA-compliant improvements, and revitalized common areas designed to foster connection and wellness among residents.
The celebration welcomed remarks from several distinguished guests, including California State Treasurer Fiona Ma, Contra Costa County Supervisor Shanelle Scales-Preston, Ari Beliak of Merritt Community Capital Corporation, and Gabe Brown of Umpqua Bank. Resident Jill Niles also shared a moving reflection on the impact of the renovations and what Rodeo Gateway means to the community.
We extend our sincere appreciation to our property management team—Angie Noble, Ashley Arterberry, Carlos Maldonado, and Eddie Jimenez—for their dedication to making Rodeo Gateway a welcoming and thriving place to call home.
