1. Council member terms are limited to two years. The DEI Council calendar coincides with the calendar year.
2. The Council meets XXX. Council members are expected to commit to a total XXX hours a month.
3. Council members are expected to attend council meetings, trainings, and other sponsored events and prepare to engage.
4. Each council member has cleared their application with their direct supervisor.
