Avena Bella II is the final phase of the previously constructed Avena Bella (Phase I) located at 500 West Linwood Ave in Turlock, California. Phase II consists of 61 units of family housing in two Mediterranean style buildings located on 2.2 acres. One building is a two-story walk-up with 16 units, and the other is a three-story elevator served building with 46 units. Apartments are a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units clustered around a common recreation area and a tot-lot.
