Lexington Gardens

Lexington Gardens is a proposed affordable housing development in West Hollywood, CA that will provide 48 units of much needed affordable housing to individuals earning 20%-80% of the area median income for Los Angeles County. The proposed development will be 31,546 SF and include a 5-story building with 47 studio units and 1 two-bedroom manager’s unit. The maximum height of the building will be 55’9” and will include one level of subterranean parking with 24 parking stalls. The project will also provide a large landscaped open space on the corner of Detroit Street and Lexington Avenue for residents to enjoy which will enhance the community. This will be the second EAH affordable housing project in the City of West Hollywood.

The surrounding neighborhood is rich in amenities and in close proximity to parks, transit, and retail. In addition to on-site services, the development will also feature a community room, indoor and outdoor common areas, bicycle parking, a lounge, a computer room, and outdoor decks on the 4th and 5th floors for residents to enjoy and gather.
