Tabor Commons is a 2.33-acre site consisting of two connecting buildings and will offer a combination of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom affordable rental apartments for low, very low, and extremely low-income individuals and families. This three-story new community is only a few blocks from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and other amenities.
On-site amenities include a multi-purpose community room with a kitchen, property management and tenant services offices, laundry facilities, active and passive outdoor recreation areas, including a playground, a picnic area, a barbecue area, a community garden, and quiet sitting areas. The development will serve various income levels, from 20% to 50% of Area Median Income (AMI) households. Sixteen units will be reserved for individuals with Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Resident services will be provided with the coordination of the EAH in-house Resident Services Coordinator and third-party Case Manager/s for IDD residents.
