Take Note! Awards, Training, and Appreciation

Your time is valuable, and we appreciate the time our team members are investing in training and professional development. Since January 1, EAH Housing employees have completed 3,047 hours of training. Training has covered various topics from diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to sexual harassment and fair housing, and from safety protocols to career development and leadership. Whether online or in-person, we strive to make these as interactive as possible and are pleased to report that our sessions have been very well received. We are gearing up for more in-person training in the near term, including hosting an in-person EAH Housing University for resident managers and maintenance personnel before the end of the year.

Would you please give a round of applause for Yari Sanchez? She has been recognized as the 2021 AHMA Affordable Housing Resident Service Coordinator of the Year. Yari works at Kings Valley, a senior property in Cloverdale, where she works tirelessly to help residents get the support they need. Check out the award video (timestamp 8:14).

We are actively nominating EAH Housing employees for external recognition of their hard work and contributions to affordable housing. If you think there is someone who deserves a shout-out, let us know! And stay tuned for more good news about your fellow teammates.
