David Egan, Vice President of Real Estate Development & Construction
As vice president of real estate development and construction, Mr. Egan is responsible for all development activity, with a primary focus on the construction, lease up and conversion stages of the development process. He will also assist in leading the team in developing policies and procedures and handling negotiating architect and general contractor agreements.
Mr. Egan joined EAH Housing in August 2008 as a project manager within the real estate development department. He came to EAH with more than 25 years’ experience in development, entitlement, financial, investment and market feasibility analysis in market rate production home building and land development.
Prior to his tenure at EAH Housing, Mr. Egan held several executive level positions, including Director of Project Development for Triad Communities and Vice President of Urban Development at Summerhill Homes in Palo Alto, California.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara, a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California.
