Jose Torres, Director of Business Development, Southern California
Jose Torres is Director of Business Development for the Southern California office, where he is responsible for identifying new affordable housing opportunities. In his role, he oversees acquisitions, defines development programs, identifies acquisition and pre-development financing, and manages projects through the entitlement process. Jose has over 15 years of experience in affordable housing development, including acquisitions, entitlements, and securing project financing. Jose received a B.A. in Geography, with an emphasis in Urban Analysis, from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
