Karen Seddon, Regional Vice President, Hawai’i
Karen Seddon joined EAH Housing in December 2021 as Regional Vice President, Hawai’i.
Ms. Seddon has worked extensively in the construction and development industry fulfilling several positions in the public and private sectors, including project engineer, project manager, superintendent, development manager, development director, development branch chief, executive director, vice president, and regional vice president.
Before joining EAH Housing, she was with The Michaels Organization in the positions of Vice President and Regional Vice President in the Hawai’i Region. Before working at The Michaels Organization, she served as Executive Director for the Hawai’i Housing Finance and Development Corporation, the state agency that develops and finances affordable housing in Hawai’i. Prior to working in the public sector, Ms. Seddon held management positions at several private sector development and construction companies focused on development, entitlement, and construction of heavy and highway projects, as well as single and multifamily housing.
Ms. Seddon holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of Lambda Alpha International (LAI) Land Economics Society and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
