The agenda item is to seek approval of the Design Review and Conditional Use Permit for the 90-unit affordable housing development. If the proposal is approved, the project would be fully entitled.

EAH Housing is committed to involve the local community during the development process through engagement meetings with neighbors, neighborhood associations, businesses, and local leaders. Public meetings will be held, along with along with circulating print and electronic communications to keep people informed.
EAH Housing is holding a series of community forums throughout the summer of 2021. These forums will be designed to build on the first two forums hosted by the City of Los Altos and the County of Santa Clara. For the three following forums, we welcome input and answer questions from the community regarding the Distel Circle design and development program.
