Meheula Vista is an affordable housing community for adults 55 and over located in Mililani Mauka on O‘ahu. The community encompasses four separate apartment buildings, each containing 75 one-bedroom, one-bath units and a stand-alone Multi-Purpose building. Meheula Vista provides seniors with an affordable permanent living option, offering supportive services and amenities so residents can “age in place.”

Meheula Vista includes optional on-site parking, fully equipped kitchens, a picnic area, a community room, beautifully landscaped common areas, coin-operated laundry, and an on-site resident manager. Catholic Charities social workers are also on-site to assist residents with tasks such as applying for rent and food assistance, senior services, entitlements, and other issues facing the senior population. Utilities are included in the rent.
