On Broadway is set to open with 140 affordable apartments across two buildings and 3,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space designed to serve the neighborhood.
The community has been thoughtfully designed to support connectivity and sustainability, with investments in rail, bike, and pedestrian improvements. Residents will enjoy amenities including community centers in each building, flexible ground-floor space for activities and services, outdoor courtyards with play areas, bike storage, and secure parking with gated access.
To help meet Sacramento’s greatest housing needs, 37 apartments, more than a quarter of the community, will be reserved as Permanent Supportive Housing for households experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Located near SacRT’s Broadway Blue Line light-rail station, On Broadway has been identified in the Central City Specific Plan as a catalytic site for economic revitalization. It will soon open its doors as a vibrant and inclusive place to call home.
