Pua Loke Apartments is a 54-unit affordable multifamily community located in Līhu‘e, Kaua‘i, serving households earning between 30% and 100% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Completed in Q3 2021, the four-story development includes 15 one-bedroom units, 24 two-bedroom units, and 15 three-bedroom units. Select units are designated for families experiencing or at risk of homelessness, with placements coordinated through the Kaua‘i Community Alliance.

The thoughtfully designed apartments feature extra storage closets, kitchen pantries, and eat-at countertops. On-site amenities include a community center for resident events and gatherings, laundry facilities, and supportive services provided at no cost to residents. Pua Loke is conveniently located near public bus stops, schools, and the Kukui Grove Shopping Center.

Built with a strong focus on sustainability, Pua Loke earned LEED Platinum certification in March 2022 for its environmentally responsible design and operations.
