We’re proud to share our Vice President of Business Development for Northern California, Bianca Neumann, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Infill Builders Foundation, a Sacramento-based nonprofit focused on advancing better land use policy and infill development across California.

In this role, Bianca will help guide research, policy, and educational initiatives that shape how communities grow, from housing development to land use strategy. Board members also engage with public officials and industry stakeholders to advocate for smarter, more sustainable development.

Her appointment reflects both her leadership in the field and our continued role in advancing thoughtful, community-centered development across the state.
