We’re highlighting our partnership with the Silicon Valley African American Cultural Center to develop its residential component, bringing 150 new homes to San Jose. The project will provide affordable housing alongside a cultural hub celebrating Black history, arts, and community programs.
The center, which is set to break ground this year, will feature a museum, performance spaces, youth programs, and community services, creating a lasting impact for generations to come.
