We recently welcomed Jed D’Abravanel as our first in-house General Counsel, a significant milestone in strengthening our organizational foundation for ongoing growth. Jed brings over a decade of experience in affordable housing law, community economic development, and complex real estate transactions. In this role, he is establishing and leading our in-house legal function, overseeing legal strategy, governance, and compliance across more than 240 communities and a $2 billion development pipeline.

His work will focus on building the legal infrastructure needed to support scale and ensure we can continue to deliver housing in some of California and Hawai’i’s most challenging markets.

For Jed, this work is personal. Having experienced housing insecurity firsthand, he brings a deep understanding of what stable housing makes possible and a commitment to advancing that mission every day.
