EAH Housing Announces Two New Hires and One Promotion in Key Positions

Three Well Respected Industry Veterans are Named as Directors at EAH Housing

San Rafael, CA (January 16, 2019) Today, EAH Housing announced the hiring of two directors, Denice Wint as the director of real estate development and Josh Romoff as the director of new business for real estate management. EAH Housing also promoted regional manager Jon Pasion to director of real estate management in Hawaii. 

“We’re excited about what Denice, Josh and Jon bring to EAH Housing,” said Laura Hall, chief operations officer at EAH Housing. “Each of them have a well-honed skill set and diverse experience that will enable EAH Housing to expand and excel in a time when affordable housing and the services of EAH are needed more than ever.”

Denice Wint EAH HousingAs the director of real estate development, Ms. Wint is responsible for supervising project managers, executing multi-million dollar development deals, and facilitating relationships with local financial and government partners. She ensures successful closing of real estate projects under approved timelines and within board-approved budget limits. Ms. Wint also manages activities during the predevelopment, development, initial or construction closing, construction, and final closing stages.

Previously, Ms. Wint was the director of projects and services for Innovative Housing Opportunities (IHO).  At IHO, she oversaw real estate and community development projects as well as enhanced services programs. Earlier in her career, Ms. Wint worked at Los Angeles Housing Partnership (LAHP) for seven years and at Abode Communities.

Josh Romoff eah housingJosh Romoff is responsible for the expansion of the real estate management portfolio at EAH Housing. His role is to partner with owners, developers, and associations to professionally manage, develop and preserve more affordable housing communities. Mr. Romoff will act as the liaison with boards of directors, owners, government staff and other EAH partners for third party management, and will direct all aspects of client services, negotiations and relationship management.

Prior to his work at EAH Housing, Mr. Romoff was the director and vice president of sales at several property management platform companies including On-Site.com, Screening Reports, Inc. and Information Tycoon, Inc. where he managed teams and strategic relationships with clients to promote the geographic expansion of each organization.

Jon Pasion eah housingJon Pasion is responsible for the EAH Housing real estate management portfolio in Hawai’i. He leads a team of property supervisors and resident managers throughout the islands and is responsible for property management, budgets, staffing, training, compliance and business development support.

Mr. Pasion joined EAH Housing in 1999, and has more than 20 years of property management experience in Hawai’i. He has extensive knowledge and understanding of the operations of multifamily, senior and disabled rental housing properties.
