EAH Housing is excited to announce that Pointe on La Brea in Los Angeles is currently under construction! This is the second EAH Housing development that received funding from Los Angeles’ Measure HHH, a bond measure to alleviate homelessness. Pointe on La Brea will be a five-story, 50-unit permanent supportive housing community, consisting of 49 studio apartments for its special needs residents and one 2-bedroom apartment for the resident manager.
