At EAH Housing, we are thrilled when other organizations recognize the professionalism and talent we have on our team. Big kudos goes out to:
Adilene (Addie) Sanchez, resident service coordinator and Leon Bass, a Bella Terra resident, were named as honorees at the Morgan Hill Community Foundation Awards Ceremony.
Denice Wint, director of real estate development, received the Staff Person of the Year award from SCANPH. She has been integral to our expansion of new development in Los Angeles and is playing a key role in helping to create more opportunities for bidding on construction projects for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) vendors, who are vastly underrepresented in the industry.
Judy Binsacca, board chair emeritus, was a finalist for the Heart of Marin Lifetime Achievement award.
Kristin Taylor, director of resident services, has been officially inducted into the AHMA-NCH Board of Directors.
Marianne Lim, director of portfolio finance and policy, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Housing California. She will work with other leaders across the state to help shape and strengthen affordable housing policies throughout California.
Stacey Smith-Tarachow, director of real estate management, organized an extremely successful AHMA-NCH Annual Conference and now serves as its president for 2022.
Congratulations to all these incredible people! They are true trailblazers, and we are proud to have them represent EAH Housing.
