Lightfighter Village, EAH Housing's forthcoming affordable community in Marina, CA, was recently featured on KSBW Action News 8 as part of a broader look at Monterey County's housing development momentum.

The 71-unit development sits on the former Fort Ord military base and will serve veterans and low-income families. Built through a partnership between EAH Housing and the Veterans Transition Center, Lightfighter Village is designed to provide long-term, stable housing for those who have served our country.

The development represents a critical addition to the region's affordable housing supply and honors the legacy of Fort Ord by transforming the site into a community that supports veterans in accessing safe, stable housing.
